Donor Family Day®

A corneal transplant obviously cannot be performed without a donor. The Donor Family Day is an once-a-year opportunity for the medical staff and corneal recipients involved in corneal donations and transplantation to send sincere condolences to the donor families for the loss of their loved ones and to express gratitude for their decisions. We have hosted this meaningful event since October 1998 with the support of sponsoring companies, organizations and other tissue and eye banks.
